MANAGING OUR TEAM IN W-STANDARD

In January 2008, we are implementing ISO9001-2000 quality management system. With ISO9001-2000 quality management system we are aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements.　Besides, we have successfully set up an ERP system to improve company’s performance. The implant of the ERP system is to place every single detail of our services to include in our day-to-day work system to ensure we provide the services to our consistency, professionalism, timeliness and uniformity. Also we are developing 5S philosophy in the business management. 5S philosophy is a way to improve production values while also improving employee morale and safety. It is to focuses on effective workplace organization and standard.
